TurboGold’s Enterprise Edition Server-to-Server software delivers enterprise-class data movement and data control allowing you to set policies for replication and database priority assignments - and easily distribute these policies throughout the network. TurboGold Server-to-Server resides on Domino servers using patented compression and streaming techniques to accelerate the flow of Lotus Notes / Domino data between Domino Servers by up to five times – even faster depending on data content and delivery method.

TurboGold incorporates a mail routing feature, which initiates itself and accelerates the data every time a mail message passes between servers or between servers and clients. It easily adapts to existing processes for moving Lotus Notes email and databases.
Through TurboGold’s Traffic Shaping Management feature, different policies and priorities can be assigned to Notes databases, Domino applications and emails. And these policies and priorities can be assigned at the database and/or server level. TurboGold does this by allowing each component of the Notes traffic to be assigned to different TCP ports. In conjunction with external traffic shaping hardware (like Packeteer), the traffic can be shaped to meet your priorities. The most important data is given higher priority by TurboGold and the external hardware gives this data a larger portion of the bandwidth or communications resource. This powerful new TurboGold tool gives your Network Administrator the ability to ensure on-time delivery of critical information.
